Your tasks

  • Repair work on various components, as well as professional refurbishment, taking the cost-benefit analysis into account
  • Assembly of sub-assemblies in accordance with bills of materials and drawings, as well as assembly to specified time targets, with an absolute focus on achieving the highest possible quality for the end customer
  • Thorough fault-finding and troubleshooting of assemblies and components, as well as the wiring and testing of assemblies in accordance with the bill of materials, electrical diagram, test instructions, test report and drawing
  • Preparing job-related repair reports, monitoring repair orders via SAP (ERP) and contributing to the development of expertise in new assemblies and components

What you bring 

  • Successfully completed vocational training, ideally as a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) / Plant Mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification 
  • Professional experience in the assembly or servicing of mechanical and electronic sub-assemblies in the field of equipment and plant engineering is required 
  • Expertise in connecting pneumatic components, a strong analytical approach to technical problems, and experience with Windows and MS Office
  • A good understanding of how to read technical drawings and knowledge of basic mechanical assembly procedures
