Your tasks 

  • Independently setting up, configuring and optimising machinery and plant, as well as operating and setting up CNC lathes and milling machines
  • Operating and setting up flat-bed laser systems, including material handling, and operating and setting up laser robots
  • Ensuring production quality through dimensional and quality checks in accordance with technical drawings
  • Rectifying minor faults, carrying out simple maintenance tasks, and complying with health and safety, quality and operational regulations
  • Documentation of production orders and test results

What you need 

  • Experience in metalworking would be an advantage
  • Experience in operating CNC machines and/or laser systems is desirable, as is a good understanding of technical matters and the ability to work confidently with technical drawings
  • An independent, organised and reliable approach to work, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to work a two-shift system (alternating weekly)
