Your tasks

  • Carrying out painting and decorating work on large-scale construction projects, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Preparing surfaces by sanding, filling and priming.
  • Selection and mixing of paints and varnishes in accordance with the specific requirements of the projects and the customers’ preferences.
  • Compliance with health and safety and environmental standards whilst carrying out the work, in order to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaboration with other trades on site to ensure that projects run smoothly and are completed on schedule.

What you need

  • A completed apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d) on prestigious construction projects is desirable
  • Driving licence category B an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of various painting techniques, painting processes and the application of coating materials
  • The ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills and a high level of customer focus
