Your tasks

  • Carrying out painting and decorating work on new-build properties and as part of property maintenance
  • Preparing surfaces by sanding, filling and priming to ensure optimum adhesion and a perfect finish.
  • Selection and mixing of paints and varnishes in accordance with customer requirements and technical specifications, in order to realise bespoke design concepts.
  • Carrying out renovation work on existing properties, including wallpapering and plastering, to improve the quality of housing and living standards.

What you need

  • A completed apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d) in property management is desirable
  • Driving licence category B an advantage
  • A strong customer focus and good communication skills
