Your tasks

  • Organisation and continuous optimisation of logistical processes in daily operations, as well as responsibility for correct inbound and outbound goods handling processes.
  • Selection, evaluation and development of logistics service providers (national and international), as well as freight management and tenders.
  • Responsibility for Supply Chain Management and processing of claims, delivery inquiries, and complaints
  • Proper warehouse organisation and management, as well as compliance with statutory regulations, particularly customs regulations.
  • Coordination of logistics processes with other departments and creation of meaningful reports and statistics


What you need

  • A completed vocational training as Commercial Clerk for Industry or Freight Forwarding (m/f/d) / Specialist in Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d) / Warehouse Logistics Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally within a manufacturing company
  • Experience working with logistics service providers
  • High degree of organisational skill, personal responsibility and assertiveness
  • EDV affinity and good MS Office skills
  • Valid car driving licence and forklift licence
