Your tasks

  • Control and monitoring of material flows and the entire order processing
  • Handling of incidents and implementation of measures in the event of deadline deviations
  • Coordination with customers, staff deployment planning and ensuring material availability
  • Analysis and optimisation of logistics processes, including reporting, documentation, and staff training

What you need 

  • Work experience as Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or specialist in freight forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is necessary
  • Experience in logistics and a forklift licence are necessary
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • A valid security screening in accordance with Section 7 of the Aviation Security Act is desirable.
  • Sense of responsibility as well as a conscientious and independent way of working
