Your tasks
- Handling of logistics and warehousing processes (approx. 30 per cent), with an administrative focus (approx. 70 per cent)
- Maintaining and processing data in the ERP system, as well as preparing logistics documents
- Point of contact for customers, haulage contractors and lorry drivers
- Support with dispatch, delivery and customs clearance
- Picking goods and assisting with general warehouse tasks
What you need
- A completed vocational qualification in logistics, freight forwarding or a comparable qualification
- A good knowledge of MS Office and, ideally, experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of customs procedures is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with customers and in communicating with haulage contractors and drivers
- Good knowledge of German, spoken and written.
- An understanding of logistical procedures and warehouse processes
