Your tasks

  • Planning, organising and delivering customer training sessions, both on-site and online, with a focus on the DACH region
  • Technical leadership and coordination of trainers in the EU, the UK and the USA
  • Development and implementation of a sustainable training strategy
  • Creation, maintenance and ongoing development of training materials and course content
  • Organisation and administration of workshops, including participant management, issuing certificates and coordinating the necessary hardware and software

What you need

  • A degree or technical qualification as a Computer Scientist (m/f/d), Network Engineer (m/f/d), Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a Customer Training Manager (m/f/d) or in a similar role is essential
  • Several years’ practical experience in the design, implementation and analysis of IP networks
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
