Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the organisation and management of warehouse operations, including the coordination of goods receipt, storage and dispatch.
  • Monitoring and optimising stock levels and warehouse processes to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Managing and training the warehouse team, and assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse.
  • Carrying out stock-takes and preparing stock reports to analyse stock performance indicators.
  • The point of contact for internal departments and external partners regarding queries about warehouse logistics.
  • Responsibility for ordering and managing stock levels, as well as monitoring suppliers.
  • Implementation of improvement measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the warehouse.

What you need

  • A completed vocational qualification in logistics, warehouse management or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience as a warehouse manager (m/f/d) in automotive logistics is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a strong commitment to service.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and to motivate and train staff.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office.
  • A willingness to undertake continuous professional development and adapt to new technologies.
