Your tasks 

  • First point of contact for customers in the event of a vehicle breakdown
  • Answering calls and recording the data in the system 
  • Coordination of all necessary breakdown assistance services
  • Customer support throughout the entire breakdown process

What you need

  • Work experience as Customer service representative (m/f/d) advantageous
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills (minimum B2). 
  • Shift readiness and home office possibility
  • Customer focus and strong communication skills
