Your tasks

  • Handling customer enquiries by telephone
  • Recording of conversations in the internal system
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Operation of all functions of bespoke IT systems

What you need

  • Good computer skills for day-to-day work (knowledge of MS Office would be an advantage)
  • Fluency in spoken and written German
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship is desirable 
  • Previous experience as a customer service representative specialising in premium adjustments for long-term care and comprehensive insurance would be an advantage
  • Willingness to work shifts between 08:00 and 18:00
