Your tasks 

  • Independently preparing all food and drinks and serving them, in accordance with the head chef’s professional instructions
  • Monitoring of out-of-home catering
  • Monitoring the implementation of hygiene requirements, including monitoring the documentation required in this context
  • Checking that all equipment is present, complete and in working order
  • Supporting the KM(s) in ordering consumables, protective clothing and special-purpose clothing, and, where necessary, managing these items

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as Cook (m/f/d)
  • Medical fitness for work in kitchen or food-processing environments
  • Experience in using the most common machines and equipment found in a kitchen
  • Good knowledge of German, spoken and written.
