Your tasks

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of technical systems and building services.
You will be responsible for installing and connecting pipework, heating systems and ventilation systems.
You will be responsible for ensuring that building plans and technical drawings are implemented accurately.
Your work helps to ensure that the technical systems in the buildings are always efficient and in good working order.
You will carry out regular inspections and ensure the maintenance and smooth operation of the systems.

What you need

A completed vocational qualification as a construction fitter (m/f/d), fitter (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), welder (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) specialising in construction technology, plant mechanic (m/f/d) specialising in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), or a comparable qualification
Professional experience as a construction fitter (m/f/d) in facility management is desirable
Experience in working with technical drawings and in the installation of pipework and heating systems.
You are a team player and reliable.
