Your tasks

Design and construction of machinery and plant for optoelectronic manufacturing.
Creation of 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA).
Carrying out calculations to analyse the strength and functionality of the designs.
Collaboration with Production and Quality Management to optimise production processes.
Assisting with the preparation of technical documentation and parts lists.

What you need

A degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience as a design engineer (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering is desirable
In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing technology.
Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA) and MS Office.
Knowledge of how to use FEM software to analyse structural components.
The ability to work as part of a team, creativity, analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
