Your tasks

Planning and design of building services systems, including heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Production of technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit).
Carrying out calculations for the sizing and design of building services systems.
Collaboration with architects and other specialist designers to integrate building services into the overall design.
Assistance with the preparation of specifications and tender documents.

What you need

A degree in electrical engineering, building services engineering, utilities engineering or a comparable qualification
Professional experience as a design engineer (m/f/d) in building services engineering is desirable
In-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations governing building services engineering (e.g. DIN, VDI).
Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office.
Knowledge of how to use calculation software for HVAC systems.
Strong communication skills, team spirit, excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
