Your tasks

  • Preparation of meals in accordance with the menu and nutritional guidelines
  • Planning, organising and providing daily meals for service personnel and civilian staff
  • Ensuring quality, hygiene and food safety in accordance with applicable regulations (HACCP)
  • Calculating quantities and the economical use of food 

What you need

  • Completed vocational training as a kitchen specialist (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
  • Work experience as a chef (m/f/d), ideally with the German Armed Forces, would be desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours 
  • Teamwork and reliability
