Your tasks

  • Preparation and coordination of typical Franconian dishes (e.g. pork knuckle, liver dumpling soup)
  • Planning and execution of daily meal service
  • Order processing, goods receipt inspections, storage and quality control
  • Kitchen organisation and mise en place
  • Ensuring hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP guidelines
  • Creative collaboration in the development of traditional dishes with seasonal ingredients
  • Instructions for kitchen appliances




What you need

  • Completed training and relevant professional experience as Cook (m/f/d) in Franconian cuisine
  • Enjoyment of work in the kitchen and as part of the team
  • Experience in handling food and hygiene regulations
  • Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
  • Class B driving licence for getting to the workplace
  • A high degree of creativity and a trained eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Very good communication skills within your team
  • German, written and spoken
