Your tasks

Responsibility for managing and organising workshop operations, including the coordination of work orders and the allocation of tasks to staff.
Training and induction of new staff, as well as ongoing professional development for the team in relation to new technologies and repair methods.
Ensuring the high quality of the work carried out through regular checks and inspections of the vehicles.
The point of contact for customers regarding technical queries, advice on repairs and maintenance work, and the preparation of quotes.
Carrying out complex diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including work on engines, gearboxes and chassis.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental regulations in the workshop.
Responsibility for ordering and managing spare parts and workshop supplies, as well as monitoring stock levels.
Preparing workshop reports and documenting the work carried out, as well as maintaining regular communication with senior management regarding workshop key figures and performance.

What you need

Completed vocational training as a Master Motor Mechanic (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
Work experience as a qualified motor vehicle mechanic (m/f/d) in the tyre service sector is desirable
In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A customer-focused mindset and a strong commitment to service.
The ability to work as part of a team and to motivate and train staff.
Proficiency in using workshop software and MS Office.
A willingness to undertake continuous professional development and adapt to new technologies.
