Your tasks

  • Put vehicles of various makes through their paces using diagnostic tests
  • All maintenance and repair work in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications 
  • Identifying the causes of faults, rectifying faults immediately and testing systems
  • Securely coding control units and customising and retrofitting vehicles
  • Document the steps you have completed clearly

What you need

  • A completed vocational qualification as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) – an advantage: further training as a service or diagnostics technician (m/f/d)
  • Relevant professional experience as Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Automotive Mechanic (m/f/d), Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Car Mechanic (m/f/d) or Automotive Service Technician (m/f/d)
  • You work independently, keep on top of things even during stressful periods, and always put the customer first
  • Commitment, initiative and a healthy dose of assertiveness are what set you apart
  • You have a team spirit, communicate clearly and are flexible enough
  • A valid car driving licence goes without saying for you
