Your duties

  • Planning and execution of operational transport orders
  • Awarding contracts to partners for transport, warehousing and other freight forwarding services
  • Calculation of sea freight quotations (including pre- and post-carriage)
  • Preparing quotations and negotiating prices
  • Booking of freight
  • Recording of all data relevant to billing 
  • Monitoring and managing project assets

This is what you bring to the table

  • A completed vocational training as Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarder (m/f/d)
  • Confident use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills 
  • Driving licence 
  • International and Cultural Understanding
