Your tasks 

  • Order processing and scheduling in the goods dispatch department
  • Planning of routes, entry into the WMS and order release for picking
  • Preparing freight documents and statistics
  • Driver handling and stock planning
  • Communication with hauliers and determining freight space requirements
  • Returns processing, handling of complaints and monitoring of the return of delivery notes and waybills

What you need 

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship in freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Substantial professional experience in the logistics sector is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel 
  • A high level of motivation and flexibility, as well as a strong commitment
  • Social and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work shifts
