Your tasks 

  • Providing assistance and support to users across the group on IT-related issues
  • Recording, analysing and processing technical faults and support enquiries via the helpdesk
  • Installation, configuration and support of Workplace solutions and IT workstations 
  • User management in Active Directory and the assignment of access rights in accordance with defined authorisation schemes
  • Planning, co-ordination and involvement in IT projects, as well as managing external service providers
  • Delivering user training and onboarding new staff

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as IT Specialist in System Integration (m/f/d), IT Systems Business Administrator (m/f/d), IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, helpdesk and workplace solutions
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Teamwork skills and strong communication
