Your tasks

Implementation of projects in the field of technical facility management
Drawing up quality, maintenance, inspection and acceptance plans
Identification of weaknesses in technical installations and the formulation of appropriate recommendations for improvement
A point of contact for customers, as well as a technical point of contact (m/f/d) for on-site staff carrying out maintenance and repairs, as well as new builds and refurbishments

What you need

Degree in building services engineering, facility management or utilities engineering
Experience in providing services relating to technical facility management
Proficient in MS Office
