Your tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary management of a shift
  • Ensuring, controlling and optimising the smooth running of logistics processes
  • Responsibility for personnel deployment planning
  • Preparation of daily key performance indicators (KPIs) for site management

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as HR-Assistant (m/f/d), HR Officer (m/f/d), Office Clerk (m/f/d), Administrator (m/f/d) or HR Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in a logistics environment is desirable
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Reliability, teamwork skills, and a responsible and independent approach to work
