Your tasks

Maintenance and servicing of technical installations
Inspection of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems
Minor repairs to the building
Monitoring of building services and security systems
Commissioning and supervising tradespeople

What you need

Completed vocational training in technical or craft-related field or a comparable qualification
Work experience as a building services engineer (m/f/d) is desirable
Knowledge of building services, heating, plumbing or electrical engineering
Safe Handling of Tools
Experience in maintenance and repair work
