Your tasks 

  • Self-directed inspections, maintenance according to DGUV-V3
  • Testing and repairs of building services, electronic systems including fault finding
  • Independently resolving faults and optimising operational processes
  • Dismantling of gearboxes and assemblies, pre-assembly of individual components according to drawings and parts lists, and assisting with general assembly activities.

What you need 

  • A completed vocational training as a building services technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a building services technician (m/f/d) is required
  • Driving licence category B
  • Service-oriented demeanour, responsible working methods, and teamwork
