Your tasks

  • Operational support for management
  • Active involvement in the entire production process
  • Harvest organisation and pick-your-own, plus quality control
  • Cultivation and cultural care of the products
  • Irrigation, fertilisation and crop protection
  • Leading and supervising work groups in harvest and cultivation activities

What you need

  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, or you are Master Gardener (m/f/d), Horticultural Technician (m/f/d), Horticultural Engineer (m/f/d) or Horticulture Graduate (m/f/d)
  • Good horticultural expertise
  • You are motivated to familiarise yourself with new areas and able to find creative solutions.
  • You enjoy working independently and can organise and lead.
  • You are a team player and flexible, and you keep a clear head even in stressful situations.
  • A car driving licence and ideally a Class T tractor driving licence
