Your tasks
- Du bist die erste und letzte Ansprechperson der Gäste
- Du nimmst Telefonate entgegen und bearbeitest Gästeanfragen oder leitest diese an die zuständige Abteilung weiter
- Du überprüfst die Kasse und führst Tagesabschlüsse in durch
- Du gibst den Gästen umfangreiche Auskünfte wie Wegbeschreibungen, Resaturantempfehlungen oder allgemeine Informationen
What you need
- Du besitzt Erfahrung am Empfang oder ähnlicher Position
- Du kennst dich mit EDV und MS-Office Programmen aus
- Du hast eine gute Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Du bist aufgeschlossen und hast eine freundliche Art
- Du bist Teamorientiert
