Your tasks

  • Identification and assessment of new sites throughout Germany

  • Planning and supervision of repair work

What you need

  • A degree in facility management or property management, or a completed commercial apprenticeship in the property sector
  • Work experience as Facility Manager – Property Management (m/f/d), Property Manager (m/f/d), Property Administrator (m/f/d), Property Manager (m/f/d), Caretaker (f/m/d) and in the areas of administration, contract management and optimisation
  • We welcome career changers (m/f/d) from property-related or legal professions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with property management software
  • An open-minded, sociable and self-assured approach to work
