Your tasks

Control and optimisation of goods and material flows along the entire supply chain, adhering to time, quality and compliance requirements
Coordination of transport, warehousing processes as well as internal interfaces and external service providers to ensure smooth operations
Stock monitoring, ensuring material availability, and analysis and processing of deviations including the tracking of measures
Responsibility for logistical processes in SAP (including key user function, training, testing, and system support) as well as ensuring data quality and system integrity
Adherence to and implementation of GMP/GDP guidelines, including documentation, archiving, and control of special processes, and KPI-driven process optimisation.

What you need

A completed vocational training as Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), Warehouse Clerk (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d), Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics, industry, transport, or freight forwarding.
Excellent SAP knowledge, IT affinity, and good MS Office skills required
Communication skills, very good written and spoken German and English
Physical resilience, flexibility, solution-oriented working, motivation
