In this role, you will play a key part in the implementation and further development of digital document processes for high-profile clients. You will oversee projects from requirements gathering through to technical design and go-live, and will subsequently act as a key point of contact for clients, service providers and internal stakeholders. You can expect a varied role encompassing project management, solution design, client consultancy and technical implementation. You’ll be working on cutting-edge digitalisation projects centred on document management, OCR technologies, workflow automation and intelligent inbound and outbound mail processes.

Here’s what you can expect
- You are passionate about digitalisation and modern IT solutions, and would like to actively support customers in implementing digital document processes.
- You will manage projects relating to digital incoming and outgoing mail processes, whilst keeping track of both technical and organisational requirements.
- You will analyse customer requirements, develop suitable solutions and oversee their implementation from the design stage right through to successful operation.
- You will act as the main point of contact for customers, service providers and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to projects and systems.
- You will design bespoke solution architectures, including scan, client and server components, as well as technical interfaces.
- You will assist with the collection, implementation and testing of customer requirements and ensure the smooth roll-out of new solutions.
- You will support customers in their day-to-day operations, working closely with the operations and sales teams.
- You enjoy building up and developing your knowledge of digital products, and sharing it with clients and colleagues.
- You have a good technical understanding and are quick to get to grips with new systems, applications and technologies.
- Project management, organisation and a structured approach are among your strengths.
- You communicate confidently and professionally at various levels and impress with your strong customer focus.
- You work independently, are solution-oriented and keep a clear overview even in complex project situations.
- High standards of quality, reliability and a willingness to undertake regular business trips round off your profile.
What you need
- A successfully completed apprenticeship or degree in an IT-related field, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in project management and in working with IT systems and technical infrastructure.
- A good understanding of technology and an interest in digital document processes, as well as workflow and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of client, server and interface technologies.
- Experience in gathering, implementing and testing customer requirements.
- Ideally, experience with document management systems, OCR technologies or digital archiving solutions.
- A good command of German, as well as the ability to work confidently in English-speaking project environments.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A high degree of initiative, a commitment to quality and a solution-oriented approach to work.
