Your tasks

Carrying out repairs and maintenance in the event of technical faults, as well as minor repairs.
Creation and updating of reports on errors, checks, maintenance, and inspections
Coordination and supervision of third-party companies for maintenance and repair work
Inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of electrical installations in building services.

What you need

A completed vocational training as Electrician - Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d), Electrician - Plant Engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in technical services or building management would be an advantage
Class B driving licence desirable
