Your tasks

  • Negotiations with existing and potential suppliers at an international level
  • Order Tracking
  • Precise monitoring of delivery dates
  • Maintaining supplier master data in the company’s internal system
  • Ensuring the availability of materials to ensure smooth operations worldwide
  • Handling administrative tasks as part of day-to-day operations

What you need

  • In-depth knowledge of Purchasing Officer (m/f/d), Procurement Manager (m/f/d) or as Wholesale and International Trade Specialist (m/f/d) is desirable
  • Practical experience in the field of international procurement and foreign trade
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems (ideally NAV/BC)
  • Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English
  • A high degree of independence, a structured approach and the ability to grasp things quickly
