Your tasks

  • Setting up, operating and monitoring the printing presses independently
  • Ensuring optimum print quality and compliance with production standards
  • Active involvement in improving and optimising production processes
  • Management and supervision of the machine crew
  • Carrying out quality checks and documenting work processes

What you need

  • A completed Vocational training in the printing sector, ideally as a web offset printer (m/f/d) / print media technologist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience in a comparable role 
  • Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system) and a good command of spoken and written German
  • A strong technical understanding, a high level of colour accuracy, the ability to work independently, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team
