Your tasks 

  • Route and Fleet Planning: Efficient and cost-effective planning of routes, vehicles and driver assignments
  • Transport monitoring: Ensuring on-time deliveries and responding flexibly to disruptions
  • Administrative tasks: maintaining transport data in the TMS, checking relevant documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Communication and Coordination: Liaising with drivers, customers and internal departments

What you need

  • Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, professional experience in the Local transport planning, Transport planning or Tour management
  • Proficiency in using digital applications, in particular transport management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office, as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to make decisions
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to assert oneself and a complete willingness to work permanent night shifts
