Customer Solutions Project Manager (m/f/d)
In this key liaison role, you will oversee challenging client projects from the requirements gathering stage right through to successful implementation. You will ensure transparency, coordinate various stakeholders and ensure that technical solutions are successfully rolled out into operational use. In doing so, you will act as a bridge between clients, the business and technology. You understand business requirements, recognise technical interdependencies and ensure that client requirements are turned into successful projects. As a key liaison, you translate business requirements into actionable solutions and bring together different perspectives. Whether you have already taken on project responsibility for several years or, as a young professional, are looking for the next step in your career after your first few years in the role: what matters most is your ability to deliver, your understanding of client requirements and your ability to successfully bring different stakeholders together.

Your contribution to the company’s success
- You will manage client projects from the planning stage through to successful completion, ensuring that timetables, milestones and project objectives are met.
- You will play a key role at the interface between clients, the business and technical experts, ensuring that requirements are clearly communicated and successfully implemented.
- You analyse customer requirements, organise them and translate them into specific tasks for the technical departments.
- You combine the commercial, organisational and technical aspects of project management, whilst always keeping both client requirements and project objectives in mind.
- You will support the commercial management of projects and ensure that budget, deadline and quality targets are met.
- You keep track of project budgets, resources, milestones and the achievement of objectives, and ensure transparency regarding the current project status.
- You will assess customer requirements from both a business and a technical perspective, helping to develop pragmatic and workable solutions.
- You ensure that commercial objectives, technical capabilities and customer requirements are aligned.
- You act as the central point of contact between clients, project teams and internal stakeholders.
- You ensure transparency regarding project progress, risks, outstanding issues and necessary decisions.
- You will chair workshops, project meetings and progress reviews, and ensure that agreed actions are consistently followed up.
- You identify potential project risks at an early stage and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- You will coordinate different interests and help to ensure that projects are completed successfully and in line with their objectives.
- You will support the ongoing development of project management, delivery and communication processes.
- You will support the implementation of innovative data-driven and technological solutions for clients in the DACH region.
What sets you apart
- You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You have some initial professional experience in project management, consultancy, PMO, customer success or a technology-oriented environment.
- You are skilled at identifying technical requirements and acting as a liaison between client requirements and technical teams.
- You impress with your excellent communication skills and confident manner when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner.
- You take the initiative and enjoy taking on responsibility and driving decisions forward.
- You have the ability to understand both commercial and technical issues and to combine different perspectives in a way that achieves the desired outcome.
- Ideally, you will already have experience in managing projects in terms of budgets, deadlines, resources or commercial targets.
- You don’t need to be a technology expert, but you should have a sound basic understanding of technology and be willing to familiarise yourself with new topics.
- Experience with GitLab, agile working methods or AI-related projects is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- You have a very good command of German at C1/C2 level, as well as a good command of spoken and written English.
