Your duties

  • Providing end-to-end support for existing industrial clients, primarily in the mechanical and plant engineering sectors, across all service areas
  • Creation and tracking of freight quotes
  • Comprehensive handling of transport orders for FCL, LCL, OOG, RORO and breakbulk 
  • Communication with shipping lines, road haulage companies, rail and barge operators, stevedoring companies and international agents
  • Creation of transport documents and freight invoices

This is what you bring to the table

  • A completed vocational training as Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d), Import Sea Freight Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience as Customer Service (m/f/d) – Import Sea Freight inecessary 
  • Good Knowledge of German and English in word and writing 
  • Ideally, some initial knowledge of OOG/Project Division
