Your tasks

  • Advising customers on new developments
  • Order entry and data maintenance
  • Preparation and dispatch of quotations and information packs
  • Maintaining the customer database and documenting processes

What you bring

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services is desirable
  • Willingness to work shifts (Mon–Fri between 08:00 and 22:00 and flexible hours on Saturdays)
  • Customer-focused and organised working from the office (no working from home)
