Your tasks 

  • You process and amend telephone and written enquiries from customers and prospects.
  • This is how you represent the service claim, not just as an employee, but as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • You process incoming requests and close the cases independently by providing comprehensive advice to customers or prospects.

What you bring

  • Ideally, a completed vocational training or initial experience in customer service would be advantageous.
  • Career changers are very welcome
  • Mastering MS Office
  • Very good German language skills are essential, English language skills are not required, but desirable.
