Your tasks

You check and process telephone and written enquiries from customers and interested parties.
You process incoming enquiries and close cases independently by providing comprehensive advice to customers or interested parties.
In doing so, you represent the service claim, not just as an employee, but as a brand ambassador for the company.

What you bring

Ideally, a completed vocational training or initial experience in customer service would be advantageous.

Excellent German language skills are essential, English language skills are desirable
