Your tasks

Vehicle sales, workshop revenue, parts trade, warranty/goodwill claims processing, and financial service processes.
Accounts payable and accounts receivable management, including invoice verification, outstanding item processing, and a digital document workflow.
Preparation and support for monthly and annual financial statements, reconciliation of accounts and creation of reports.
Maintenance of the dealer ERP system (e.g. CROSS, BMW/Volkswagen dealership software) and support for accounting digitisation processes.
Processing payments, bank reconciliations and monitoring of financial and leasing statements.
Close collaboration with sales management, service support, and controlling to ensure correct and timely invoicing.

What you need

A completed vocational training as an automotive salesman (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), tax assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Previous experience as an accountant (m/f/d) for a car dealership is desirable
Knowledge of dealer management systems, as well as MS Office
Understanding of automotive-specific billing processes
High precision, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
