Your tasks

Handling day-to-day financial accounting
Monitoring of payment transactions
Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Maintenance and management of accounting master data

What you need

A completed vocational training as Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Work experience as an office management assistant (m/f/d) is desirable
Knowledge of financial accounting, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
Experience in account reconciliation and payments processing
Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking
