Your tasks

  • Production in accordance with the formulation, whilst adhering to the specified parameters.
  • Documentation and the keeping of records relating to the product.
  • Carrying out quality controls during production and recording the results.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting work areas.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations and ensuring that process and hygiene requirements are met.
  • Optimising production processes in collaboration with production management.

What you need

  • Completed training and relevant professional experience as Pastry chef (m/f/d), Baker (m/f/d), Food Technology Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in food production
  • Enjoyment of working in food production
  • Experience in handling food and hygiene regulations
  • Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
  • Class B driving licence for getting to the workplace
  • A high degree of creativity and a trained eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Very good communication skills within your team
