This is how we'll work together

 

Our time tracking system can be used flexibly – for the entire workforce or for specific groups, such as temporary agency workers. Also in connection with a Master Vendor Agreement between you and us, time tracking is then an efficient solution for all project employees deployed by you.

We would be happy to discuss your requirements and the individual service package with you.

✓ Together with you, we define the scope of time tracking, the participating employees, locations, etc.

✓ We will set up the system according to your individual requirements (cost centre structure, break times, shift models, approval structure etc.)

✓ We will store the master data for all employees who participate in time recording.

✓ We will install the time recording terminals on site (possibly at several entrances) if required.

✓ We issue the corresponding transponders to the respective employees and take care of the management of the devices.

✓ We will check the booked times for plausibility and, if necessary, request bookings from the employees.

✓ At your request, we will set up automated evaluations for you on a daily basis.
