A quarter of a century – Two staff members at SYNERGIE Personal celebrating their anniversaries

„Ten years can fly by.
And yet so much has happened.

not a change of employer.

“not to rest on our laurels."

10 years at SYNERGIE – Arno Jonitz looks back on his time there

With these words (and a few more lines), Arno Jonitz, branch manager in Bruchsal, looking back on his 10 years at SYNERGIE. Together with his team and the management team led by Nicole Munk, the man of the hour celebrated this special occasion in the relaxed atmosphere of the Alte Brauerei Weingarten.

„In fact, with Arno Jonitz – and, of course, he with us as well – we have gone through a period of intense change,“ said Managing Director Nicole Munk. „There have been many changes in the sector – sector-specific surcharges and the reform of the Temporary Employment Act are just two examples – but a lot has also happened internally: In his first year with us, 2009, we really got off to a flying start with regional growth and the opening of new branches despite the economic crisis; we have since grown to over 30 branches. Throughout this time, Arno Jonitz (third from the right in the photo) has been – and continues to be – a much-valued constant for us and, of course, for his team too; he looks after our client companies and staff, is reliable and always a pleasure to deal with.“

There was also something to celebrate at the company’s head office: 15 years at SYNERGIE

In 2004, with a Apprenticeship as an office administrator Having started out in Rastatt, Kim Fenske, who is celebrating her anniversary, occasionally supported the Branch in Karlsruhe and spent many years in Rastatt. For just under five years, she has been working as a payroll administrator at the supra-regional payroll centre in the Head office in Karlsruhe She works there, where, together with her colleagues, she processes the payroll for our project staff to ensure they receive their wages on time. „We’re delighted to have such a dedicated colleague with us,“ says Nicole Munk. „Thanks to her many years of experience, she’s a great help, particularly to the newer colleagues, and is still happy to step in today whenever a branch needs support.“ This is evident again this week, during which she is spending some time at the Branch in Achern steps in.

Before setting off for Achern, however, she was treated to a celebration with her colleagues over a leisurely breakfast.
