Thank you for 20 great years

Two decades – that is how long Michael Haitz has been enriching life and work at SYNERGIE with his professional and personal qualities. And there is no end in sight – fortunately.

Two decades in which colleagues have become friends. Two decades in which a regional company has grown into a national heavyweight in the field of recruitment services. The company celebrating its anniversary has played a significant part in fostering a working atmosphere characterised by human interaction, as well as in driving this rapid growth.

HR Coordinator, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Head of HR and Organisation, Authorised Signatory, Head of the Service Centre – this is how Michael Haitz’s career history reads in plain terms. But this description falls short of doing him justice. SYNERGIE’s Managing Director, Nicole Munk, emphasised this at the surprise party held in his honour: „No matter what came your way, you always tackled it with dedication; no task was too much for you, and you took on and carried out everything. Dear Micha, I thank you for so many things: for a trusting and consistently reliable working relationship, for your loyalty and devotion, for your support and, above all, for your friendship.“
