Farewell Elisabeth! 16.5 years with SYNERGIE

After 16.5 years at SYNERGIE Personal, we bid farewell today with a heavy heart to our valued colleague Elisabeth Oswald-Wufka. Elisabeth began her journey with us in 2008 as assistant to our Managing Director. Nicole Munk and has since significantly contributed to the growth and success of our company.

From the early days as a regional temporary employment provider in North Baden to our current position as a large, nationwide personnel service provider – Elisabeth has always been a reliable support for business management. She has worked in various roles and areas of responsibility, including marketing, human resources, and accounting. Since 2020, she has served as a consultant for facility and fleet management, always acting with great accuracy, discretion, and integrity.

During the emotional farewell at our Karlsruhe headquarters today, many long-standing and newer colleagues were present to express their appreciation for Elisabeth. Her dedication and commitment will be greatly missed by us all.

We wish Elisabeth all the best for her professional and private future and look forward to seeing her again. Thank you very much, Elisabeth, for the wonderful time we've spent together and your invaluable contribution to SYNERGIE Personal.
