Your tasks 

  • Servicing, maintenance and repair of punching and forming tools
  • Manufacture, machining and finishing of tool and spare parts on conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools
  • Troubleshooting and rectifying faults, as well as optimising tools in terms of stability, productivity and quality
  • Support with the acceptance and commissioning of new tools



What you need

  • A completed vocational training as Toolmaker (m/f/d), Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), Precision Mechanic (m/f/d), Machining Technician (m/f/d) or Mould Maker (m/f/d) – or several years’ professional experience in the manufacture of cutting tools 
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in toolmaking, as well as practical experience in working with stamping and forming tools
  • A good knowledge of cold forming, particularly using insert, progressive and transfer dies
  • A meticulous and precise approach to work, a good command of written and spoken German, and a willingness to work a three-shift rota
