Your tasks

Responding to customer enquiries, both by telephone and in writing, in the banking sector
Advising clients on finance, leasing and automotive contracts
Preparing quotations, clarifying account details and sending out the relevant contract documents
Use of bespoke IT systems
Processing changes to master data

What you need

Work experience as Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d), Call Centre Agent (m/f/d), Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) or comparable is desirable
Proficiency in IT and a very good command of written and spoken German
Full-time on-call duty between 08:00 and 18:00
Option to work from home three days a week following successful on-site induction
Strong communication skills, friendliness and a solution-oriented approach
