Your tasks

Responding to customer enquiries by telephone in the banking sector
Advising customers, including technical support

Customer relationship management

What you need

Work experience as Call centre agent (m/f/d)), Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) or comparable
Career changers (m/f/d) are warmly welcome
Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken
Confident use of common PC applications
Willingness to work part-time shifts between 08:00 and 18:00
Reliability and excellent communication skills
